Mr. Md. Nurul Islam has been an iconic figure in the Bangladeshi textile sector in the last 30 years. His vast knowledge and contribution to the development of the textile sector has led to his reputation as a textile expert in Bangladesh.

Mr. Islam has been regarded as a Commercially Important Person (CIP) by Bangladesh Government since 2007 because of his prominence within the community. Over the years, he has received countless accolades including the highly prestigious National Export Trophy, and HSBC “Exporter of the Year”.

Mr. Islam oversees the government relations, major procurements, and all investments in infrastructure. He also personally oversees the spinning mills owned by Noman Group.
